About the Company

Oklo

Designs and deploys advanced fission reactors

Oklo designs and deploys advanced fission power plants, with its Aurora reactor capable of producing up to 15 MW of electricity and running for about 10 years without refueling. It uses a fuel cycle that allows on-site recycling of spent fuel, enabling long-life operation and waste recycling. The company differentiates itself by using nuclear waste as fuel and building modular, licensed deployments for diverse customers beyond traditional large reactors. Its goal is to provide clean, reliable, and affordable energy globally by expanding access to safe, long-life nuclear power and recycling nuclear waste as part of its energy solution.
