  • Advanced skills in Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, batch Apex, and triggers
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing CPQ/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and database design
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall design and architecture of the Salesforce platform
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy laws
  • Align the Salesforce system with the organization's growth and scalability objectives
  • Coach and mentor team members on best practices and platform functionalities
  • Drive the standardization of processes and practices within the Salesforce environment
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to support business operations
  • Implement system monitoring and observability for proactive maintenance
  • Design and approve code promotion and deployment processes, ensuring robust change management
  • Manage source control, oversee and approve pull requests, maintaining code integrity
  • Lead the analysis and improvement of technical debt, ensuring system efficiency and sustainability
