Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in .Net development stack, including .Net Core, C#, and Web API, or equivalent expertise.
  • Bachelor's Degree or work-related experience
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS, with skills in MS SQL Server and Amazon Aurora.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications using RESTful APIs, Microservices, Web applications, Batch services, and Data connectors.

Responsibilities

PayActiv calculates the wages workers have earned but not yet received by using time and attendance data from their employers. Once the employer processes the payment, the funds are made available on the worker's Payactiv Visa Card, often allowing for earlier access to their money. Unlike many competitors, PayActiv does not charge employers for offering this service, instead generating revenue through transaction fees when workers use their cards.
