Requirements
  • Proven experience in and passion for ideating, building and implementing great digital products
  • Experience with Treasury and Capital Markets products and data
  • Experience in organizational change management including transforming and improving ways of working and interaction models
  • Deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience in building and maturing Product teams
  • Strong ability to set a vision and lead, develop and inspire teams to develop innovative products that have high adoption and drive value for internal customers

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of product management, analytics, strategy consulting experience or a combination
  • At least 1 year of Capital Markets or Trading product management experience
  • 1 year of experience leading cross-functional product teams
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Finance (Preferred)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification (Preferred)
  • Data Management Experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of Agile Product Management experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Establish the vision, strategy, and execution of Treasury and Trading products, data, and services through understanding of the strategic Finance direction and technology architecture and big picture business needs.
  • Create frameworks for and directly manage the prioritization of the work, capabilities, components, and infrastructures that are used by multiple customer solutions and customer facing products.
  • Confidently communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy across large organizations and executives to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives.
  • Create and provide frameworks for regularly and systematically using data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.
  • Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycles.
  • Inspire, enable and empower teams to execute with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions and on priorities.
