Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience handling employment and labor issues
  • Expertise in employment counseling with a strong understanding of UK employment and labor laws
  • Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience advising on employment and labor issues unique to the technology and/or entertainment/content production industries preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and counsel to HR team on a broad range of employment issues
  • Review and provide guidance on the development of HR policies and procedures globally
  • Monitor employment-related legal developments and drive compliance
  • Draft and negotiate employment agreements and other employment-related agreements
  • Manage employment-related claims and litigation
  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and implementing training programs
  • Assist with other projects as needed
