Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through customer and internal engagement
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase order
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure accurate detailing of quotations and orders
  • Prepare and assist with various reporting
  • Support with providing internal and external customer inquiries
  • Promote and sell Preventative Maintenance Agreements
  • Lead all Treatment AM & S commercial activities
  • Maintain close customer relationships
  • Pursue business through system Health Checks
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
  • Promote new products and services
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Collaborate with other Xylem Sales Teams and Marketing
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects as required
  • Undertake necessary training for personal development
