Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and assessment tools is required.
- Strong therapeutic and communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients, are required.
- Experience developing and implementing treatment plans based on client needs and goals is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment is required.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice standards is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients facing mental health challenges.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Provide clients with support, guidance, and coping and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
- Advocate for clients, help them navigate community resources, and connect them with additional support services as needed.
