About the Job

Requirements

A completed degree, for example in electrical engineering, building services engineering, refrigeration engineering, or industrial engineering, or comparable training.
Extensive experience in complex solution sales or plant engineering, ideally in building solutions, fire, and security.
Experience developing strategic customers and implementing sales strategies.
A proactive, opportunity-oriented approach and ability to close sales.
Strong customer orientation and a solution-oriented consulting approach.
Sound business and technical knowledge, confident use of customer relationship management systems, especially Salesforce, and data-driven working practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international matrix organization.
Very good English skills and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and develop existing customer relationships in the relevant segment.
Implement the sales strategy with a focus on growth and earnings.
Meet the agreed order-intake budget for volume and margin.
Independently conduct contract and price negotiations for complex systems and solutions in accordance with the applicable Delegation of Authority guideline.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams in a process-oriented manner.
Record and analyze market, competitor, and pricing developments and technical trends to identify and realize leads and continuously improve product and service offerings.
Identify and use internal cross-selling potential.
Participate in preparing and conducting trade fairs and represent the company at customer events.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im relevanten Segment
Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Ertrag
Erfüllung des abgestimmten Auftragseingangs-Budgets in Volumen und Marge
Eigenverantwortliches Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen für erklärungsbedürftige Anlagen und Systeme gemäß der gültigen DoA-Richtlinie
Enge, prozessorientierte Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pre- und Post-Sales Bereich
Erfassung und Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Preisentwicklungen sowie technischer Trends zur Identifizierung und Realisierung von Leads und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produkt- und Serviceangebot
Identifizierung und Nutzung des internen Cross-Selling Potentials
Teilnahme an der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fachmessen sowie Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Kältetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Langjährige Erfahrung im komplexen Lösungs-Vertrieb/Anlagenbau; ideal in Building Solutions, Fire & Sec
Strategische Kundenentwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
Hunter-Mentalität: proaktiv, abschlusssicher, chancenorientiert
Hohe Kundenorientierung, lösungsorientierter Beratungsansatz
Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches und technisches Know-how; sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (insb. Salesforce) und datengetriebenem Arbeiten
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit in internationaler/matrixorganisation
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Reisetätigkeit
