About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • At least 5 years of career experience in strategy consulting, product management, product marketing management, solutions consulting, or technology-focused strategy roles.
  • Background ideally within leading consulting firms, financial services, or large-scale technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting B2B and enterprise go-to-market organizations, with deep experience in go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Experience leading or contributing to adoption or change-management programs where success required sustained engagement, not a single campaign.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments where decision-making authority is distributed and influence matters more than hierarchy.
  • Skill in conducting qualitative research and synthesizing findings into concise written outputs, and authoring persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Confident presentation skills across settings and seniority levels.
  • Project-management discipline to keep initiatives and programs on track in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build the framework and track product success metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Conduct structured audience and qualitative research within target business units, including stakeholder interviews, gap identification, and persona validation and definition; synthesize findings into actionable intelligence briefs and one-page narratives that inform engagement strategy.
  • Translate technical capabilities spanning data mesh, model serving, knowledge bases, agentic artificial intelligence, and governance infrastructure into outcome-anchored narratives tailored to business leaders, data analysts, data scientists, artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence engineers, and Chief Data Officers.
  • Author persona-specific message variants, lines-of-business narratives, use-case playbooks, and objection-handling content for audiences ranging from Chief Data and Analytics Officers to data engineers. Map decision-makers, influencers, users, and blockers within target business units, and design tailored engagement strategies to build trust and move stakeholders from awareness to commitment over time.
  • Lead and facilitate lunch-and-learns, roadshows, executive briefings, and stakeholder meetings, adapting depth, tone, and format to the audience. Coordinate initiatives across the product team, customer success, and business users to keep execution on track and maintain engagement.
  • Develop lighthouse customers by identifying, nurturing, and documenting early adopters whose outcomes serve as proof points and reference cases for broader go-to-market storytelling and credibility-building. Partner with product and engineering leaders and technical leads to identify business implications of technical product and platform capabilities and keep product narratives accurate, current, and grounded in reality.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, business stakeholders, and other technology leaders and teams to align messaging and execution.
  • Drive measurable progression of business units through the platform adoption journey, from awareness to engagement to usage, while maintaining user engagement. Feed lighthouse customer stories and proof points into the go-to-market narrative to strengthen platform credibility, accelerate subsequent adoption cycles, and deepen stakeholder relationships, as reflected in repeat engagement requests and executive sponsorship within target lines of business.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience marketing or positioning a platform or infrastructure product to internal or enterprise audiences, with a focus on B2B rather than consumer contexts.
  • Familiarity with data and artificial intelligence platform ecosystems, including data mesh, model serving, and governance infrastructure, with sufficient fluency to extract business implications from technical discussions; technical acumen, fluency, and experience are important to success.
  • Experience building customer advocacy pipelines, including case studies, reference development, and outcome-based proof points, and comfort operating in large, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical platform capabilities into language that resonates with business leaders, analysts, and technical decision-makers while anchoring on business outcomes rather than platform features.
  • Capability in qualitative research and consultative discovery, paired with narrative craft that produces clear, persuasive, concise communications, and stakeholder mapping and relationship-building in environments where trust must be earned over time.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills combined with program-management discipline to maintain momentum when engagement faces friction.

About the company

JPMorgan Chase runs the largest bank in the United States, which serves households and small businesses as Chase and large companies, governments, and investors as J.P. Morgan. During the 2008 financial crisis it bought the failing investment bank Bear Stearns and lender Washington Mutual, and in 2023 it took over First Republic Bank after regulators seized it. Chase takes deposits and earns interest on credit cards, mortgages, and car loans, while the investment side earns fees for advising on mergers, raising money for companies, trading stocks and bonds, and managing wealth. Formed in a 2000 merger, JPMorgan Chase traces its roots to 1799 and is based in New York City.

JP Morgan sees emerging market weight loss drug sales hitting $22B by 2035

JP Morgan expects weight-loss drug sales in China, India, and Brazil to reach $22 billion by 2035, up from $6.6 billion today. Usage remains low: below 0.1% in China and under 0.2% in India, against 4% to 5% in the US. Cost has been the main barrier. JP Morgan says patent cliffs, generic launches, and policy-driven price cuts are making the drugs more affordable. It expects China to pass Brazil by 2027 and reach $13.7 billion by 2035, versus $8 billion for Brazil. India is the smallest market, held back by hesitancy around injections. Eli Lilly, which said it holds about 55% of the international incretin market, stands to gain. Its China revenue grew 93% in constant currency, and it raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $85 billion to $87 billion.

Wall Street fears AI agents will drain bank deposits, but analysts say risk is overdone

Wall Street fears AI agents could pull deposits from banks, but leading analysts and executives say the risk is overblown. Bank stocks have fallen since Meta Platforms launched its Muse personal agent on September 8: Bank of America is down 18%, Charles Schwab 14%, Wells Fargo 6%, and JPMorgan Chase 5%. Agents can compare yields and recommend options, which could erode the inertia that keeps customers' money in place. If deposits move, banks may have to pay more interest, squeezing profits. Analysts Mike Mayo and Gerard Cassidy say trust matters more to customers than slightly higher returns. A Deloitte survey found 72% of bank customers hesitate to share financial data with generative AI tools. Third-quarter earnings showed no clear shift in deposits.

New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC) has closed a $15 million New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing to support the expansion of ResinTech's manufacturing and warehouse facility in Camden, New Jersey. Watsco signs $750M five-year unsecured credit facility, extending existing revolver

Watsco, the largest distributor in the North American HVAC market, has signed a $750 million unsecured senior revolving credit facility. Bank of America led the deal, joined by JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank and five other banks. The five-year facility amends and extends Watsco's existing credit line. An initial draw repaid $69.7 million owed under the prior facility. Further borrowings will fund working capital, acquisitions, dividends and other general purposes. The terms include more borrowing capacity, covenant flexibility and better fit with the seasonal nature of Watsco's working capital needs. "A committed source of low-cost debt is an important building block of our growth strategy," said Barry S. Logan, executive vice president.
