Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience in a project management-based role
  • Experience with Industry-leading GRC Tools
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance risk management in a regulated financial services environment
  • Applied risk management concepts (e.g. COSO, three lines of defense)
  • Understand and work with data analytics teams to develop analytics based stories consumable to a broad range of audiences, including Board members
  • Expertise in at least one of the following subject-matter areas: BSA/AML/sanctions, consumer lending, consumer protection, or payments
  • A strong analytical approach to create substantiated solutions
  • Clear written skills
  • Ability to collaborate with team members of all levels, and cross-functional partners
  • A mindset to deliver results proactively, resourcefully, and methodically
Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure GRC Tool to meet business requirements
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the GRC system
  • Provide training and support to system users, and act as the primary point of contact for GRC system-related inquiries
  • Develop and generate reports for compliance, audit, and risk assessments
  • Stay current with emerging GRC technologies and best practices
  • Serve in a project management capacity with the GRC Program Manager to ensure that appropriate teams are involved including facilitation of project introduction, kick-off meetings and weekly status meeting while assisting with the project timeline
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions and produce training materials
  • Implement customizations/modifications of GRC configurations, including reporting, application development, and data integrations
  • Help develop system documentation, playbooks, user acceptance testing
  • Provide oversight into the Block Issue Management Program by assisting the GRC Program Manager monitor and report end-to-end management of issues identified across Block
