- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, IT systems, or manufacturing system management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle SQL is preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Manufacturing Control Systems (MCS) is preferred.
- Familiarity with factory automation environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Korean language skills are a plus but are not required.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
- Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for electric vehicle battery plants.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.
- Support factory automation software implementation and testing while working with equipment and programmable logic controller engineers.
- Investigate and resolve production-related system issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Travel up to 30%, with business trips ranging from 1 to 5 weeks depending on project needs.
