About the job
- At least 10 years of product experience, including at cloud, data platform, developer platform, or machine learning infrastructure companies.
- Must have owned at least one product from zero to one through real external adoption, beyond optimizing an existing surface.
- Must have shipped a developer-facing, API- or SDK-first product adopted by external engineering teams, with developer experience treated as a product discipline.
- Must have deep familiarity with enterprise data and machine learning teams, including integration patterns, buying and adoption paths, and the gap between demos and production.
- Must be able to operate across engineers, executives, and CIOs and hold their own in technical conversations, even without an engineering background.
- Must have a track record shipping cross-functional products with engineering and design and serving as the external product voice with design partners and ISVs.
- Own the product end to end, including vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration for platform capabilities.
- Define and ship core product surfaces, including platform APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and product interfaces that make the infrastructure accessible and self-serve.
- Partner with enterprise customers and ISV partners to understand workflows, validate solutions, and prioritize high-impact work.
- Drive adoption by working with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship features that produce measurable customer outcomes.
- Establish product metrics and feedback loops that connect shipped work to customer value.
- Collaborate with the founders to align product initiatives with business goals, company narrative, and competitive positioning.
- A computer science or engineering background, or equivalent technical depth.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and ISV partners, particularly in data or machine learning ecosystems.
- Background in knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, or AI infrastructure.
- Experience taking a product from zero to one alongside founders at an early-stage startup.
