  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting firm or professional services firm, including contributions to thought leadership and pre-sales support, is required.
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data warehousing, ETL processes, data engineering tools, data governance, and machine learning technologies. (e.g. Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, SQL Server).
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to: Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and senior leadership. Present technical ideas and high-level concepts to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Systems Engineering, data science or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement client appropriate data solutions for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring adherence to development best practices and coding standards to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Lead the development of data strategies for clients, including data warehousing, ETL processes, cloud migrations, and data governance.
  • Support business development efforts by engaging with existing and potential clients as well as supporting efforts to build brand presence (e.g. written content, speaking at events, and other communication channels to showcasing our offerings).
  • Mentor emerging leaders and cultivate an environment where data consultants are empowered to excel through coaching, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in the implementation of data engineering, architecture, and analytics projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and continuous skill development.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and thought leadership in data-related domains.
