As Principal Product Manager in our Customer Facing Applications Team, you will be owning the product vision and strategy for your product domain and directly shape the experience for 8 million customers. Your decisions will have an immediate impact on customer lifetime value and the overall growth of Lounge by Zalando. You will be equipped to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI and personalization, to drive innovation and to take bold risks to learn and iterate fast.

Proven track record in delivering impactful and innovative B2C products: You bring 7+ years experience in product management with the majority of your time spent on consumer facing products (e-commerce sector is a plus)
Product management mastery: You have a deep understanding and competence across the entire product development lifecycle and can leverage a diverse playbook of methods across all 4Ds to identify & ship impactful product improvements
Highly analytical and structured problem solver: You leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer insights, inform product strategy, and drive measurable results. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and structuring down any new problem into a logical framework others can follow
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills: You excel in communication and know how to navigate large-scale, diverse stakeholder landscapes to unblock execution
Experience working with applied science teams to develop and launch AI-powered, state-of-the art product features
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
