Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in product management with the majority of your time spent on consumer facing products (e-commerce sector is a plus)
  • Deep understanding and competence across the entire product development lifecycle
  • Ability to leverage a diverse playbook of methods across all 4Ds to identify & ship impactful product improvements
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer insights, inform product strategy, and drive measurable results
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and structuring down any new problem into a logical framework others can follow
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with applied science teams to develop and launch AI-powered, state-of-the art product features
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
  • Define and champion a compelling long-term product vision and strategy for a broad problem space
  • Drive rapid, iterative execution and delivery of impactful improvements
  • Challenge existing paradigms and introduce outside-the-box solutions
  • Leverage data-driven insights and experimentation to inform product decisions
  • Take full ownership for the ROI of your product and cross-functional team
  • Own and manage the backlog, driving collaboration across the organisation and maximizing velocity
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across the organization
  • Coach more junior product colleagues and work with the wider product and tech community
