- Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

- Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce property rules.
- For rover assignments, patrol on foot or by vehicle, detect suspicious behavior, and help prevent vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity.
- For gatehouse assignments, greet residents and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control access to the property.
- For front desk assignments, greet guests and residents, provide customer service, control access, monitor closed-circuit television camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages.
- In factory and office settings, protect equipment and workers and check the credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and leaving the premises.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms and conduct security checks, as assigned.
- Previous experience in security or customer service is preferred, but security experience is not required.
