  • Demonstrable experience as a Benefits Lead in a global company with a deep understanding of the US market
  • Demonstrable experience of leading complex integration projects
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefit trends, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical awareness
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Corporate benefits management experience (10+ years)
Responsibilities
  • Support the Reward Director in developing and executing a global wellbeing and benefits strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure benefit programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's values and goals
  • Oversee benefit operations covering health and wellbeing programs, retirement programs, and other employee benefits
  • Oversee external vendor management, negotiating and managing benefit plans
  • Develop and execute a proactive communications program covering benefits and wellbeing
  • Support the Reward Director in executing the Ericsson Integration plan
  • Lead project management of integration activities covering wellness, compensation, equity, and recognition
  • Collaborate across Ericsson teams to ensure all relevant parties are aligned with progress
  • Develop and execute a proactive communications program covering integration
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the wider HR team
