Responsibilities
  • Engage USLI CCaSS stakeholders to clarify business objectives, go-to-market and sales priorities, buyer needs, differentiators, intended use cases, and required outcomes before content planning and development begins.
  • Collaborate with other teams to find or conduct focused research on priority CCaSS themes, client issues, market developments, competitor positioning, and relevant campaigns to inform content direction.
  • Identify, assess, and reuse existing Global, regional, and cross-service-line assets where appropriate, avoiding duplication and highlighting content gaps that require new development.
  • Work with CCaSS subject-matter resources to understand complex offerings and validate the accuracy, relevance, and recency of messages, evidence, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging topics, content practices, formats, and appropriate technology, including artificial-intelligence-enabled tools, that can improve content quality and speed of delivery.
  • Develop, co-develop, tailor, and localize client and sales content for priority topics, adapting messages for the relevant audience, market, format, channel, and stage of the client conversation. Asset formats may include client discussion decks, session decks, strategy and account decks, placemats, talk tracks, solution briefs, sales toolkits, client emailers, newsletters, thought leadership, event materials, and self-service guidance.
  • Translate complex technical and solution information into concise, business-centric narratives, compelling value propositions, and practical conversation guides for client-facing teams.
  • Build content for campaigns and events, including materials that educate client-facing teams, create awareness, and help teams conduct effective needs-based client conversations.
  • Prepare modular, updated self-service packs of sales assets, templates, tools, and guidance, and ensure clear version control and ease of use.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized go-to-market content calendar and execution plan aligned with CCaSS priorities, campaigns, events, and client-facing and account-team needs.
  • Own and monitor end-to-end content development projects, including scoping, kick-off, workplans, timelines, dependencies, review cycles, approvals, risks, and next steps.
  • Manage the content demand pipeline, prioritize requests with stakeholders, and balance planned activity with time-sensitive business needs.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder working sessions and reviews; clarify objectives, document decisions, and drive actions through to completion.
  • Apply quality-control checks for accuracy, coherence, brand and SCORE alignment, accessibility, and readiness before publication or distribution.
  • Manage content libraries and distribution channels so current, approved assets are easy to find across relevant portals and collaboration sites, including Discover, SharePoint sites, and Teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted working relationships across the USLI CCaSS stakeholder ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted content adviser to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations, constructively challenging requests where appropriate, and influencing decisions through evidence-based storytelling.
  • Facilitate discussions to align priorities, messages, audience needs, ownership, and review responsibilities across a working group.
  • Connect with Global and other regional content and demand-generation communities to share assets, adopt relevant practices, and reduce duplication.
  • Work effectively across geographies and time zones, maintaining responsive, clear, and professional communication.
  • Define practical success measures for content initiatives, such as adoption, usage, stakeholder feedback, client-facing team readiness, and contribution to campaign or sales activity, using available data and within agreed attribution or influence boundaries.
  • Gather structured feedback from client-facing teams and stakeholders to understand asset relevance, usability, and gaps.
  • Use available dashboards, distribution data, and qualitative insights to track effectiveness and relevance of assets across their lifecycle.
  • Present clear observations and recommendations to leadership and maintain a continuous-improvement backlog for priority content.

  • Working knowledge of professional services and CCaSS or sustainability-related topics is an advantage.

  • Excellent business writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • A collaborative and self-directed professional approach, with curiosity, sound judgment, cultural awareness, and the ability to balance creativity, accuracy, stakeholder needs, and delivery discipline.

EY commits $100M to bonuses rewarding human skills alongside AI adoption

Ernst & Young's US division is allocating $100 million this fiscal year to bonus payments rewarding employees who demonstrate adaptability, innovation, and judgement. Individual spot awards reach $500, whilst employees or teams making significant contributions can receive between $10,000 and $25,000, five times the previous programme's ceiling. The initiative also covers AI experimentation. "What we recognise signals what we value," said Ginnie Carlier, chief talent and culture officer for EY Americas. The bonuses form part of a broader strategy to reshape employee development across all career levels. Other professional services firms are pursuing similar approaches. KPMG restructured its audit internship this summer to emphasise critical thinking, whilst PwC US introduced training combining AI proficiency with human qualities like empathy. EY reported AI-related revenue grew 30% year-over-year in 2025.
