Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in the initial role information; the detailed role information requires at least 5 years of enterprise storage administration experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Nasuni cloud storage and AWS cloud-native backup solutions is required in the additional information.
  • Proficiency in Nasuni UniFS, Edge Appliances, Nasuni Management Console, snapshot policies, ransomware recovery, and cloud backend integration.
  • Expertise in AWS S3, EFS, FSx, AWS Backup, DataSync, Storage Gateway, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of backup architectures, recovery point and recovery time objectives, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity.
  • Strong knowledge of NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel storage protocols.
  • Understanding of data encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, AWS Identity and Access Management, and compliance frameworks including SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, or equivalent monitoring and alerting platforms.
  • Experience integrating file storage platforms with enterprise identity and access management systems using Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex storage problems.
  • Ability to work shift patterns and provide 24/7 support for critical storage and backup systems.
  • Ability to engage effectively with storage product suppliers, hardware vendors, and cloud service providers.
  • Strong documentation skills, including producing architecture diagrams, runbooks, capacity reports, and incident post-mortems.
  • A 15-year full-time education qualification such as B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, and manage hybrid cloud storage environments integrating Nasuni cloud file services with AWS-native storage and backup solutions.
  • Administer storage platforms across cloud and on-premises infrastructure to meet business continuity, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide storage technical administration support and storage development services.
  • Perform day-to-day storage administration, project migrations, and production issue troubleshooting.
  • Work independently and become a subject matter expert in Nasuni and AWS cloud storage domains.
  • Participate in team discussions, architecture reviews, and change advisory board processes.
  • Provide solutions to storage problems, including capacity planning and performance optimization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime across Nasuni, AWS, ECS, and Tintri platforms.
  • Participate in developing and improving operational runbooks, standard operating procedures, and storage automation scripts.
  • Coordinate with Nasuni, AWS, Dell EMC, and Tintri vendors for escalation, issue resolution, and product licensing.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical storage incidents and backup and restore operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Dell EMC ECS object storage cluster administration, namespace and bucket configuration, erasure coding, geo-distribution, and S3-compatible API integration.
  • Experience with Tintri VMstore administration, per-VM quality of service, snapshot management, ReplicateVM, and Tintri Global Center management.
  • Experience with Nasuni and AWS in production environments supporting large-scale, mission-critical workloads is highly preferred.

Accenture shares down 27%, but 11.5% yield available through put options at 35% discount

Accenture trades 37% below its 52-week high after falling 27% over the past year. In fiscal Q3 2026, new bookings declined and some managed services deals slipped into fiscal 2027. The company generated $73.1 billion in revenue over the past twelve months, with operating margins widening to 17% in Q3. Managed services revenue grew 5% in local currency. In the first nine months of fiscal 2026, clients made 104 quarterly bookings exceeding $100 million, up 13% year-on-year. Consulting revenue grew just 1% in local currency in Q3. Management attributes the slowdown to the Middle East conflict affecting regional and discretionary spending. The CEO acknowledged that client budgets have not been growing, with spending simply being redirected rather than increased.

Accenture appoints Emma Chalwin as chief marketing officer

Accenture has appointed Emma Chalwin as Chief Marketing Officer, effective 1 October 2026. She will oversee global marketing and communications, reporting to Chair and CEO Julie Sweet. Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion
