  • 2+ years managing sales Account Executives and/or Channel/Partner Account Executives in the SaaS industry
  • 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry
  • SMB (target market in small to medium size businesses) experience
  • Ability to paint a vision and get buy-in from the team
  • Demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, and mentorship/coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency and knowledge of various solution-selling methodologies and best practices
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team of closing Partner Account Executives in the small to medium size market
  • Help team meet revenue goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Analyze data points for team members' development
  • Support team members with larger deals
  • Collaborate with leadership team for forecasting, training, and motivation
  • Mentor team members by helping with calls, demos, goal setting, etc.
  • Be accountable for team's behaviors and results
  • Identify critical behaviors for success and coach to replicate
  • Participate in hiring process to build out sales team
