About the Job
As a Fraud Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across our acquiring platform and acting as the subject matter expert for our merchants. You will be responsible for understanding the merchant needs, providing professional guidance and advice and being the merchants trusted pair of hands. You will bring a grounded and approachable style to the merchant relationship and build merchant confidence through your knowledge and approach. You will support Unlimit on its journey as we grow to ensure our service and products continually differentiate us in the market. You will report to Unlimit’s Head of Risk and be based in our London Office
What You’ll Do
- Be the customer facing subject matter expert
- Support Unlimit to develop and enhance our fraud solution, policies, procedures. and merchant facing SLA’s
- Work across the Sales, Customer Success and Partnership Teams to support new and ongoing merchant conversations
- Be part of the merchant pre-sales process to ensure we demonstrate the true value of the end to end Unlimit Platform
- Build Relationships - across Unlimit and within the Merchant Teams to ensure Unlimit continually meet the needs of the merchant and work in a collaborative way to drive growth
- Challenge – work with the Product and Sales Teams as we grow to help develop and improve our ways of working to bring speed and quality to the merchant experience
- Help Unlimit to drive commercial growth with our merchants – be the fraud expert focusing on account optimisation and ongoing conversion growth opportunities
- Liaise directly with the Risk Team on any observed future fraud threats to the organization
- Be the Face of Unlimit – every day you are Unlimit and we want you to bring your unique style as a trusted pair of hands for your merchant
- Spin Plates – manage internal and external priorities for your merchants and deliver on challenging timescales
- Speak Up internally and ensure your merchant has a voice in our business
- Play your part in driving a positive and fun culture in the business
- Build internal knowledge across the Commercial, Account and Partnerships teams
Who You Are

- 5+ years experience in the payment/fraud industry with experience of Authentication, Fraud Detection, and Data Mining Solutions
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and be up to date with industry trends and solutions
- Simplicity – is key in what we do – you must guide your merchants through technical processes in a simple way
- Planning – prioritize and plan what you need to do so you continually meet moving challenging deadlines
