The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies, with substantial experience in developing and deploying ML-driven products. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest AI technologies, including transformer-based models and multi-GPU setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, particularly for natural language processing and generative AI applications.
- Rapidly prototype new solutions and transition successful prototypes to scalable, production-ready systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML technologies into our account insights tool.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the ML team to drive projects to completion.
About you
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with a strong focus on generative AI.
- Proven track record of training transformer-based models and implementing multi-GPU setups.
- Familiarity with pytorch/tensorflow, numpy and training on AWS / GCP cloud instances.
- Experience in leading technical teams and projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated capability in fast prototyping and delivering ML solutions that have impacted business outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates who can work onsite 3 days per week.
