Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with a strong focus on generative AI.
  • Proven track record of training transformer-based models and implementing multi-GPU setups.
  • Familiarity with pytorch/tensorflow, numpy and training on AWS / GCP cloud instances.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and projects is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capability in fast prototyping and delivering ML solutions that have impacted business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates who can work onsite 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, particularly for natural language processing and generative AI applications.
  • Rapidly prototype new solutions and transition successful prototypes to scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML technologies into our account insights tool.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our product offerings.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the ML team to drive projects to completion.
