Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
  • Strong knowledge of payables procedures and full-cycle accounting
  • Experience in process improvement and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and customer service-oriented
  • Proficiency in Concur, ERP systems (preferably NetSuite),and major global credit card platforms
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the complete Accounts Payable and Credit Card process from beginning to close
  • Stay updated on the latest Accounts Payable best practices
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing, coding, and approval of employee expenses via Concur and credit cards
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to align Concur policies with organizational guidelines
  • Facilitate prompt resolution of vendor Credit Card Holders, and internal communication issues
  • Supervise the setup of new vendors (credit card users) and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
  • Prepare accrual entries for month-end closure and perform account reconciliations from Bank of America Credit Card program and Concur into the ERP system. (NetSuite)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient systems, policies, and procedures for a robust Credit Card Program Globally.
  • Drive the automation of manual AP/Credit Card processes and contribute to special and Ad Hoc projects
  • Administer and take full ownership of Concur for the team, including user profiles, permissions, and training
  • Manage and oversee the Concur platform, ensuring accurate configuration and customization as per organizational needs
  • Implement and maintain user profiles, permissions, and workflow rules within the Concur system and Bank of America Credit Card Portal
  • Stay informed about Concur system updates and proactively incorporate new features to improve efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on Concur functionalities, policies, and best practices
  • Resolve Concur-related issues and inquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders and Concur support when necessary
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure seamless integration with the Concur system
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with finance and HR and Payroll teams to ensure Concur policies align with organizational guidelines
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with travel and expense policies through the Concur system
  • Payroll journal entries and credit card journal entries bi monthly.
  • Conduct regular user audits to ensure compliance with travel and expense policies
  • Analyze data and generate reports to identify non-compliance trends and areas for improvement
  • Oversee the end-to-end expense reporting process, from submission to reimbursement
