Responsibilities
  • Track and manage production results for regional and national structures and actively engage the team to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Manage client retention by revenue and unit to support the growth and profitability of ESIS.
  • Promote client expansion through education on ESIS products and services.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and most senior account executive for the largest revenue-producing clients.
  • Lead client deliverables for internal and external initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, responding to questions, concerns, and problems and using strategy and relationships to resolve issues.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned clients’ industries and business drivers.
  • Use the ESIS risk management information system and produce reports based on client-defined criteria.
  • Review data, analyze results, and translate information into specific actions to improve client program results.
  • Interpret client data and trends and operate consultatively to drive optimal client-specific performance.
  • Work independently, collaboratively, and in a leadership role with clients, brokers, carriers, and ESIS team members.
  • Lead projects and meetings with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Oversee the completion of client initiatives and projects, including meeting preparation and claim file reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for client program efficiencies and resolve questions, concerns, and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Plan and manage client relationships proactively and strategically.
  • Support the regional vice president with regional tasks and duties, including the sales process and production management.
  • Execute tactical and strategic objectives within agreed-upon timeframes and expectations.
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of ESIS products and services and how to deploy them for specific clients.
  • Monitor the completeness and accuracy of data in the client relationship management system.
  • Execute the contracting process.
  • Identify and take initiative on process improvement opportunities.
  • Foster sales leads and participate in the sales process.
  • Assist with new sales through presentations and marketing of ESIS products and services.
  • Engage in the Strategic Outcomes process and develop data analytics knowledge.
  • Represent the region at industry functions.

Vaultik partners with Chubb to offer AI-powered watch and jewellery authentication, valuation and insurance

Vaultik has partnered with Chubb to streamline the process of authenticating, valuing, and insuring watches and jewellery. Through Vaultik's platform, owners can photograph their items and receive AI-powered authentication and valuation results, reviewed by experts at Birmingham Assay Office. Eligible customers can then request insurance quotes from Chubb and purchase coverage digitally within the same application. The collaboration addresses a traditionally fragmented process that typically requires separate appointments for appraisal and insurance. The service is available through Vaultik's Collect App and can be offered by retailers, jewellers, and marketplace sellers. Vaultik currently partners with WhatNot and eBay Live. Vaultik's KYP protocol generates authentication and valuation outputs from photographs, whilst Birmingham Assay Office provides specialist review. Chubb underwrites the insurance coverage for eligible items.
