  • 2+ years of event marketing or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, and regional events.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Assist in planning and executing national, regional, and local events, including trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and industry meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
  • Support Event Branding: Help create a consistent, engaging corporate presence at events, from swag and printed materials to booth setups that wow attendees.
  • Lead Capture & Management: Ensure all event leads are captured and seamlessly entered into our marketing automation platform, optimizing for simplicity and efficiency.
  • Swag & Inventory Management: Organize and track branded merchandise, work with U.S. printers and fulfillment houses, and ensure timely delivery of materials to events.
  • Budget Monitoring: Stay on top of event budgets, ensuring every dollar spent drives value while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales and customer success teams to align event efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Travel Opportunities: Represent Carbyne at events across the U.S., supporting on-site setup, execution, and follow-up activities.
