- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a consulting or professional services environment.
- A proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and technical projects simultaneously.
- A solid technical background with an understanding of software engineering, cloud architectures, data pipelines, and AI/ML solutions.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project lifecycle management, and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for executive client stakeholders.
- Strong scope management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced client-facing environments.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize project planning, execution, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a track record of driving high client satisfaction.
- Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident and not require visa sponsorship.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise solutions across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Partner with client stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads to define project scope, deliverables, technical roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting across concurrent client streams.
- Drive delivery excellence in a consulting environment, maintaining boutique agility while operating at enterprise scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software, data, and AI teams to ensure seamless execution and architectural alignment.
- Oversee technical implementations involving payment solutions, gateway integrations, transaction processing, or fintech architectures.
- Use AI-assisted project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, reporting, and team velocity, without relying entirely on AI to perform the work.
- Foster strong client relationships, achieve high client satisfaction, and serve as a trusted technical delivery advisor.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos, and ensure continuous alignment between client expectations and engineering delivery.
- Experience in payment solutions, payment gateways, processing protocols, or fintech integrations is a strong plus.
