Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • A minimum of one year of testing administration or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule examinations using the Air Force Automated Education Management System.
  • Administer and proctor a variety of exams, including language tests, Air Force qualification tests, and commercial testing programs.
  • Verify examinee identification and eligibility prior to testing.
  • Provide standardized testing instructions and monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance and security.
  • Maintain test logs, examination records, and inventory of testing materials.
  • Prepare answer sheets, reports, and testing documentation for submission to testing agencies.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with test administration and maintain an organized testing environment.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for computer-based testing systems.
