About the job

Requirements
  • Have 5+ years of experience across go-to-market, revenue, or growth in business-to-business software as a service, with ownership of outcomes end to end.
  • Have built or operated low-touch or hybrid go-to-market motions, such as product-led growth, product-assisted sales, or mid-market sales.
  • Be resourceful, action-driven, and comfortable creating tools, workflows, and experiments, often using artificial intelligence.
  • Be data-driven, track relevant metrics, test quickly, and adjust based on conversion and expansion results.
  • Care about craft and quality, particularly when working with designers and creative teams.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Be comfortable building rather than relying on a large sales team, mature processes, or a narrow execution role; classic enterprise sales and long procurement cycles are not a fit.
Responsibilities
  • Build and own a mid-market go-to-market system that converts teams with $2,000–$25,000 in annual contract value and grows them over time.
  • Generate and convert team deals from inbound demand, the existing user base using product signals and usage patterns, and targeted outbound to studios and creative teams.
  • Make deals fast, profitable, and repeatable without building a large sales organization.
  • Set teams up for long-term retention and expansion.
  • Lay the foundations for future enterprise go-to-market deals of $75,000 or more.
  • Understand how teams discover, try, buy, and expand the product, and identify friction across demos, trials, onboarding, pricing, and procurement.
  • Own $2,000–$25,000 annual contract value deals from first contact to multi-seat agreement, intervening where useful to support team success and simplify the path from product awareness to team purchase.
  • Expand teams already using the product based on usage signals, and reach out to studios and teams that should collaborate using the product.
  • Replace one-off sales work with reusable flows, materials, and artificial-intelligence-powered workflows that reduce manual effort while maintaining quality.
  • Track volume, conversion, and expansion to identify what works and make results repeatable and predictable.
  • Define when to add go-to-market hires, including a go-to-market engineer, revenue operations, customer success, and account executives; hire, onboard, and lead that team as the mid-market segment scales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling to or working with designers, creative teams, agencies, or studios.
  • Firsthand exposure to design-led companies or tools, such as Figma, Notion, Framer, Linear, Canva, Attio, or Clay.
  • A background in business development or partnerships at a design studio or creative agency.

About the company

Jitter offers a web-based motion design platform that helps designers, marketers, and teams create professional animations for videos, websites, and apps. The tool is a collaborative, browser-based system with real-time editing, Figma imports, an infinite canvas, templates, and animation presets, and it can export in formats like 4K video, GIFs, and lightweight Lottie files. It runs on a freemium SaaS model, with a free tier and paid plans for advanced features, and it relies on word-of-mouth growth from its user base. Its differentiators are strong collaboration, Figma ecosystem integration, a rich template library, and multiple export options, all aimed at making motion design faster and more accessible for teams.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Jitter shipped AI motion on May 13, 2026, keeping product momentum high.
  • June 2026 components, effects, shaders, and batch export deepen enterprise workflows.
  • Organic adoption from 100k monthly users lowers acquisition costs and supports expansion.

What critics are saying

  • Figma Motion launched June 24, 2026, copying Jitter's core workflow inside Figma.
  • Jitter still runs with 33 employees and $150K total funding, limiting defensibility.
  • If Figma bundles exports and AI motion broadly, Jitter becomes a niche plugin.

What makes Jitter unique

  • Browser-native motion design still feels simpler than Figma's deeper, heavier 2026 Motion stack.
  • Jitter's 350k-install Figma plugin and 100k monthly users signal distribution leverage.
  • Customers like Deliveroo and Perplexity validate collaborative motion workflows beyond hobby use.

Here Are This Year’S Top 40 Startups At Station F

Every year, hundreds of (very) early stage startups choose to participate in one of the startup programs of Station F, an iconic startup campus based in Paris. And Station F has shared a list of the 40 most promising startups as part of the Future 40 selection. Some of them participate in Station F’s own programs, such as the Fighters Program for entrepreneurs with underprivileged backgrounds and the FemTech Program for startups working specifically on female health, women’s sexual health and more.Others join Station F through third-party companies that have signed partnerships with Station F to run their own tiny little incubator inside of the startup campus. These partners include Microsoft, Binance, LVMH and a newly announced AI program with Meta and Hugging Face. It’s also worth noting that, last year, Station F completely overhauled its flagship in-house program — the Founders Program — to turn it into a sort of startup accelerator. In exchange for a 1% equity stake, startups are invited to workshops and classes to iterate rapidly on their projects. There are some demo pitches and some opportunities for one-on-one time with advisors.“At first, we want to remain founder friendly. Some people told us it’s not a lot, others say that it’s a lot,” Station F director Roxanne Varza told me at the time of the change
