- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processesLearns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records
- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
