Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years recent experience with Learning & Development and Instructional Design
- Proficient in eLearning software (i.e. Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge and experience with digital design, photo editing, video editing, audio editing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact independently with both internal partners and external vendors at all levels
- Global Experience, working with peers and partners
- Experience working with & delivering learning solutions in a fast-paced, global, retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Prior LMS experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience with Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish or French Canadian)
- Up to 30-50% travel is required
- Travel to our Broomfield, CO and Boston, MA offices
- Travel to Domestic stores once a quarter
- Minimal international travel may be requested of this position
Responsibilities
- This individual is responsible for meeting with regional partners to understand retail and partner needs
- Facilitate global retail training calendar and help bridge the gap from corporate to regional support
- Build retail courses and content to align with regional needs including management of content for partner stores. In addition to leading global templates and course updates
- Support the implementation of global corporate programs into Retail
- Provide ongoing support and delivery of the Crocs customer service model (CHARM)
- Reinforce and build a successful culture around CHARM to all global employees
- Help build and lead global Retail content in PlayerLync for stores and partners and supporting system admins as needed through ongoing training including Tier 2 client support
