This position is responsible for the timely planning, manufacturing scheduling and inventory control of the products and services as assigned consistent with Xylem’s requirements

Core Responsibilities and Tasks
Duties include but not limited to:
• Coordinates with plant engineering to assure timely execution of manufacturing product and services activities
• Coordinates the planning of current schedules and inventory control parameters for the assigned products and services consistent with Evoqua’s requirements as arranged with the requisitioner
• Reviews production schedule and manufacturing orders to ensure that components and services are available in a timely manner
• Generates manufacturing orders to meet the requirements of the production schedule
• Coordinates with appropriate manufacturing personnel to solve problems related to the Production Schedule, such as material shortage status, rejection, scrap, re-work, etc.
• Maintains status information, compiles reports concerning progress of work and viability of meeting Customer Order due dates
• Interfaces with multiple departments regarding status of the materials and flow of the components
• Assists manufacturing engineering to correct manufacturing order router problems and manufacturing concerns for projects assigned
• Analyze planning and operations processes for continues improvement opportunities
• Maintain MRP setting in system for optimal material utilization
• Ability to interface with multiple sites regarding status of the materials and flow of the components
• Maintaining knowledge of and understanding of current and future trends
• Identifying forecast changes
• Reviewing historical sales trends
• Work with Operation to streamline capacity headcount and equipment based on a forecast future demand
• Adjust schedule and communicate to customer for any variations within capacity.
Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 - 4+ years related experience in Materials/Inventory/Planning
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel,

$51,500.00 - $82,500.00
