Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management in AI, machine learning, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, agile methodologies, and project management best practices
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello, and familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, research, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, and track progress against key metrics
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners
  • Manage project resources, including staffing, budgeting, and vendor relationships, to ensure efficient project execution and resource optimization
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes, enhance team productivity, and increase operational efficiency
