Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR with 0-2 years’ experience or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to successful multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy with specific proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment.
Responsibilities
  • Work with HR Business Partners to create manager training presentations. Schedule and coordinate training and development sessions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist Recruiting department.
  • Support benefits administration and vendor coordination.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and manage all tasks related to onboarding of new employees.
  • Responsible for off boarding employees (preparing exit paperwork, conducting exit interviews, analyzing exit interview data to trend themes, etc.).
  • Leverage people data analytics to assist HR Business Partners with business solutions (evaluate program effectiveness, suggest improvements and implement changes).
  • Maintain employee data, process employee status changes in HRIS system and run employee related reports from the HRIS.
  • Lead the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Actively participate Charity and FUN Committees.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our core values: We Before Me, Positive Energy, Knowledge Explorer, and Own It.
