Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's degree (licenciatura) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 18 months of experience performing functions at a financial institution, ideally BBVA.
  • At least 18 months of experience selling intangible products.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience maintaining and updating customer files.
  • Knowledge of BBVA products, including insurance, account portability, and credit cards, and commercial processes for the banking segment.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer needs.
  • Knowledge of telephone sales.
  • Knowledge and use of mobile applications, especially banking apps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Required competencies include task orientation, teamwork, proactivity, dynamism, communication, organization, empathy, leadership, innovation, and negotiation.
  • Maintain discretion when handling information, adapt to change, resolve customer needs, persuade, influence, and communicate effectively to provide customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives by promoting and effectively selling the products and services offered by Commercial Banking.
  • Proactively and comprehensively manage customers to increase their loyalty to the bank.
  • Manage credit recovery in a timely manner.
