Responsibilities
  • Manage key client relationships.
  • Manage client contracts and budgets.
  • Manage the development of goals, key performance indicators, and business objectives with clients.
  • Provide strategic counsel on media plans and campaigns.
  • Analyze public relations objectives and outcomes.
  • Provide crisis management and counsel.
  • Drive media results through outreach and creative story ideation.
  • Provide strategic counsel on written content, including ideation, execution, and amplification.
  • Spearhead key initiatives, programs, and events for agency development, including agency marketing, employee onboarding and recruitment, and off-sites.
  • Lead skills and professional development across the agency.
  • Coach and mentor internal team members and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Champion the agency values and brand inside and outside the company.
  • Act as an integral member of the senior management team, making strategic decisions that set the direction for the agency, its accounts, and its people.
