Requirements
  • Completed master's degree in economics, mathematics, physics, or a comparable degree, supplemented by relevant professional experience in the financial sector or at an auditing firm, ideally in investment management.
  • Possess sound knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting.
  • Have professional experience in investment management or auditing.
  • Use agile ways of working and modern project management methods, including routine use of artificial intelligence tools for analysis, process optimization, and decision support.
  • Demonstrate analytical and conceptual abilities, accuracy, organizational skills, and communication and teamwork skills in demanding stakeholder settings.
  • Have good written and spoken German skills at minimum B2-C1 level.
Responsibilities
  • Advise as an internal contact person on specialist topics relating to investment management and act as a sparring partner within the team.
  • Design and optimize processing and administration processes from conception through implementation and testing of suitable technical solutions, while supporting the team with current tasks.
  • Ensure high data quality and the efficient, audit-proof fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare complex matters for the appropriate audience and provide reliable decision-making bases for management.
  • Coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners and represent investment management interests in cross-functional projects and committees.
