Requirements
  • A business-related major such as Finance, Financial Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • A genuine interest in learning about investing.
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's program.
  • Must be a rising senior undergraduate student graduating in 2028.
Responsibilities
  • Attend internal and external meetings with staff and investment managers.
  • Develop a general understanding of asset classes, investment strategies, investment operations, and fund accounting.
  • Learn tools used to evaluate investments, including statistical modeling and returns analysis.
  • Receive training on software and systems used by institutional investors, endowments, and foundations.
  • Assist with writing meeting summary notes, researching and summarizing current investment topics, and other projects as needed.
  • Present project results to the Chief Financial Officer, senior leadership, project hosts, and mentors at the end of the program.
  • Attend meetings with senior leaders and participate in hospital tours and volunteer opportunities as part of the program.
Desired Qualifications
  • Completion of Finance or Accounting courses.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, focus, and proactivity.
  • Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
