Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing
  • Familiarity with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and control theory
  • Experience in field test and operationally focused environments
  • Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and basic test equipment
  • Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to travel 25% with potential surges above 25%
Responsibilities
  • Conduct vehicle platform system design & analysis
  • Generate design reviews, requirements analysis, and system verification planning
  • Support the design, integration, and verification process of various subsystems
  • Develop a path to product integration
  • Support the development, review, and execution of comprehensive test plans
  • Perform as Technical Lead for troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance
  • Development and maintenance of all test documents
  • Support the development and maintenance of a test and evaluation program
  • Assist with the collection and analysis of metrics from AUV field testing
  • Develop and maintain processes, tools, and quality assurance practices
  • Support the development and implementation of an integrated product support program
  • Perform as key stakeholder for a Department of Defense program
  • Collaborate with external partners or customers in the design, integration & test phases
  • Ability to travel as required for test planning and execution
  • Support proposals with technical content and estimates
