Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HRBP for G&A, directly supporting VP+ Executives, including the CFO, CLO, and CPO, with hands-on consultation to build healthy, high-performing teams.
  • Guide and coach leaders through talent practices, performance management, succession planning, and proactive engagement strategies that foster leadership growth and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving organizational design and transformational talent initiatives that enable scalable growth.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive actions that improve organizational health and performance.
  • Lead and execute large-scale organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high levels of employee engagement in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Partner with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leaders to champion initiatives that create a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.
  • Collaborate with People Operations Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement programs that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and career development.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company culture and values while driving positive employee experiences.
