Requirements

Experience in supply planning and vendor collaboration; experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is preferred.
Experience leading multiple teams of supply planning experts.
Experience handling customer communication and serving as the single point of contact for issue resolution.
Hands-on experience with planning tools such as SAP APO and ERP execution tools such as SAP ECC.
Knowledge of planning methodologies such as heuristics and optimization.
Deep expertise in analyzing planning result outputs and scenario planning.
Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
Ability to collaborate and interact with multicultural teams across geographies.
Eight to twelve years of experience in supply planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; graduates of IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS, and Tier 1 engineering colleges are preferred.
MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering is preferred.
Relevant industry-specific certifications or memberships are desirable.
Knowledge of manufacturing and the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP APO planning books is preferred.
Experience working with an ERP tool, preferably SAP ECC.
Understanding of reporting tools such as SAP BI is desirable.
Understanding of collaboration tools such as SAP SNC is desirable.
Working knowledge of the Tableau platform.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications, and presentation applications.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG Sector preferred.
Experience in leading multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of contact for issue resoutions
Hands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution tools like ECC.
Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc
Deep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.
Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional
