- Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Must be available for weekend coverage as needed.

- Must be able to adapt to changing schedules or routines and manage time effectively.
- Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Must be physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
- Manage an on-site package room, including entering packages into the system, delivering packages to residents in the building, organizing the package room, and helping residents find their packages.
