Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets from Salesforce, SQL/Snowflake to identify financial and operational risks, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support critical functions, including financial reporting, month-end close, and SOX compliance.
  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and solutions using Python, improving efficiency and automating manual processes such as manual key SOX controls.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Business Technology to understand data needs, deliver solutions, and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for key financial and operational data sources, ensuring data integrity, quality, governance, and adherence to SOX requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data Definition Library to ensure data governance, classification, and standardization across teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Technology to build, maintain, and ensure the SOX compliance of critical data pipelines.
  • Create innovative approaches to solve challenges related to data analysis, automation and data governance.

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science or other quantitative field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, and data management within Finance and Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL/Snowflake.

  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
  • Experience building automated data solutions.

  • Experience in sales compensation analysis or administration.
  • Experience managing data pipelines across a business unit.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
