The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting prescribed goals for the region, training and development of local Outside Sales Representatives, customer relationships, and the project funnel for the West Region Dewatering Business Segment (e.g., Godwin, Flygt). This position will collaborate with the Regional Director, Product/Market Managers, Application Engineers, and Technical Support to effectively communicate Xylem Dewatering’s’ value proposition to our customers, promote region-specific products/applications to grow our opportunity funnel, and manage projects from inquiry/quote to close-out.

Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed annual orders and sales budget
• Manage relationships with distribution channel
• Oversee the project funnel for the West region
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products and applications
• Communicate Xylem Dewatering’s proposition to customers
• Manage projects from inquiry/quote to close-out
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales management or a related field
• Strong background in hydraulic principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 year of industry related experience.
Experience Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in managing customer relationships and projects
• Familiarity with water technology products and market trends
Salary range:
$71,000.00 - $113,500.00
