Ability to speak and write clearly and use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
Make end-of-night bank deposits when closing.
Complete a nightly product inventory count when closing.
Ensure the store is properly set up and ready to receive orders at opening.
Foster and project a sense of urgency with every order.
Ensure the store operates according to Domino’s Operation Evaluation Review standards.
Oversee total store operations.
Communicate with other managers and staff regarding matters that impact business operations.
Calculate product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly commissary and beverage deliveries.
Actively train the General Manager in Training on all aspects of store operations.
Maintain staffing levels that reflect business needs throughout the day.
Create and maintain employee schedules based on labor needs.
Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shifts.
Resolve disputes and work to ensure unhappy customers return.
Ensure delivery vehicles pass mechanical and visual inspections.
Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize customer service while meeting Domino’s on-time delivery standards.
Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Receive cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
Contribute to and promote a teamwork-oriented and energetic work environment.

Job Description

Actively training the GMIT on all aspects of store operations

Maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at any point of the day

Creating and maintaining an employee schedule based upon labor needs

Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shift

Comfortable with dispute resolution and ensuring every unhappy customer is a returning customer

Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually

Assist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service to customers while maintaining Dominos standards of orders delivered on time

Ability to read and understand P&L ledger

Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance

Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions

Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout

Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person

Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
