Makes network gear for carriers and data centers
Join Nokia’s Autonomous Networks engineering team building a next-generation Core Network Management System that helps telecom operators monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot networks, proactively identify issues, perform automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide remediation recommendations to reduce MTTR. The cloud-native platform processes massive-scale network data using Kubernetes/OpenShift, microservices, AI/ML, Agentic AI and data analytics. The technology stack includes Linux, Golang, OpenTelemetry, ReactJS, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Kafka, Coral and Ginkgo/Gomega
As a Product Architect, you will define the architectural vision for scalable, resilient and AI-powered telecom solutions. You will collaborate with customers, Product Management and engineering leaders to solve complex distributed-system challenges and drive innovative, future-ready architecture. You will apply expertise across 4G/5G, OAM/FCAPS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, microservices and cloud-native technologies, while shaping intelligent and automated network management capabilities.

Nokia makes the equipment and software that mobile carriers, cloud companies, and businesses use to run networks, from cell-tower radios to fiber links between AI data centers. From 1998 to 2011 it was the world's largest mobile phone maker; it sold that business to Microsoft in 2014, and HMD Global, a separate company, makes Nokia-branded phones under license. Its network unit sells optical systems that send data over fiber, internet routers, and broadband gear, and its mobile unit sells radios and the core software that runs 5G networks. Nokia earns money from equipment and service contracts and from licensing its patents to phone makers and carmakers. It was founded in 1865 as a wood pulp mill and is based in Espoo, Finland.
