- help run our entire Windows infrastructure, from managing Active Directory and DNS, to acting as an escalation point for more complex issues in the Windows Desktop environment

- collaborate with colleagues across the firm—locally and abroad—to find and resolve issues, plan and execute deployments, and improve systems where possible
