About the job
- Proficiency in Java 8, Java 11, or Java 12.
- Experience with the Angular 2 or Vue.js frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of widely used design principles and design patterns for producing maintainable and scalable code.
- Experience with Windows Subsystem for Linux 2.
- Experience with the Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database modeling.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Kafka middleware.
- Experience with Git and GitLab for version control.
- Experience with Maven and npm build tools.
- French and English proficiency at B1/B2 level, both orally and in writing.
- Analyze functional and technical project requirements, participate in estimation, and contribute to technical and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications that meet client needs.
- Propose innovative technical solutions in collaboration with platform architects.
- Write unit and integration tests throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the expected level of quality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and monitor platform-version deployments for each client.
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance, resolve Level 3 support incidents, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and project-management teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project-tracking activities.
- Train and support less-experienced team members on technologies and development best practices.
- Document processes and implemented solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer.
