Requirements
  • Experience working in tennis, golf, pickleball, or football.
  • Availability for at least 3-4 days between Monday and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on location.
  • A strong sports background and general sports knowledge.
  • Reliable transportation to local schools and parks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to learn tennis, pickleball, golf, and flag football.
  • A completed tuberculosis test or willingness to complete one within the first week of employment.
  • Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first-aid training.
Responsibilities
  • Coach small groups of children across various ages.
  • Develop children's sports skills, physical literacy, teamwork abilities, gross motor skills, and socialization skills.
  • Deliver classes, camps, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, and team training.
  • Use positive reinforcement to support children's confidence and development.
