Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Contract Management role, with a strong emphasis on pricing and deal optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage deal structures and pricing strategies while supporting broader strategic initiatives.
  • Strong document editing, process management, and systems skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key contributor to the Deal Desk team, overseeing quote creation, deal structuring, special pricing, invoicing, purchase orders, operational processes, approval workflows, and troubleshooting sales escalations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate tracking and management of opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle, focusing on enhancing pricing strategies and optimizing deal structures to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist in driving initiatives that improve productivity, streamline processes, and optimize deal operations across the contract cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with contract processes by gathering necessary approvals and signatures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Contribute to responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with the company’s pricing strategies and optimization efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Product, etc.) to resolve deal-related challenges and facilitate smooth execution.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for the sales team on deal-related matters, offering insights and recommendations on pricing and deal optimization.
  • Aid in the efficient onboarding of new Account Executives, supporting training and development initiatives.
