  • Own Partner Billing close readiness, accounting workflow governance, vendor and partner escalations, Ramp administration, NetSuite data integrity, and Flatworld performance management.
  • Manage the Senior Accounting Specialist and oversee three Flatworld resources responsible for Partner Billing, core operations, manual order workflows, Ramp draft bill readiness, coding review, and recurring accounting support activities.
  • Establish operational standards, performance expectations, and scalable processes across a high-volume, cross-functional accounting organization.
  • Standardize processes, strengthen documentation, improve automation, and build sustainable operating procedures that support future growth.
  • Ensure partner invoices are reconciled, reviewed, escalated, and completed by system lock deadlines across Flatworld, Core, Ramp, and Finance stakeholders.
