Inside Post Sales is an organization motivated to ensure the retention, satisfaction and growth of our SMB Partner base. Our Merchant Success team is composed of account management and growth solution professionals located dominantly in the Phoenix, AZ area.
About the Role
As a Success leader of our Inside Post Sale team, you will oversee a group of 8-10 Success Managers that work with our most valuable businesses. You will have oversight over the performance and development of a core segment of DoorDash’s business. You will provide guidance for a team pursuing both retention and account management goals.
You’ll report into our Senior Manager, SMB Account Management where you’ll have direct access to all you’ll need to grow your career to the next level. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote and in-office with the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

- Lead - Oversee a group of Success Managers delivering customer growth, long-term relationships, and product portfolio adoption
- Drive - Ensure standards of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by all individuals on the team to support consistency in experience throughout the department
- Project Manage - Serve as DRI on projects, pilots, and topics of interest. Lead with curiosity and research to strategize, build, launch, and maintain department efforts
- Build - Interview, hire, and train qualified candidates in the Phoenix area to help grow this growing team
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 4+ years of inside sales experience in Success Management capacity
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of account management professionals or 2+ years of enterprise/national brand experience
- You have excellent performance management skills
- You have experience leading projects
